2. Description of Services
Trovvi provides AI-powered calling, web intake, lead management, and CRM integration tools designed for family law firms. Features may change over time as we improve the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for providing any legally required notices and obtaining consents (including for call recording) from individuals who interact with the Services on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Violate the privacy or rights of any person, or send unlawful or harassing communications.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services except as expressly permitted.
5. Fees and Payment
Paid Services are billed according to the plan or order you select. Fees are due as described at purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
6. No Legal Advice
Trovvi is a technology provider, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. The Services do not create an attorney-client relationship and are not a substitute for professional legal judgment.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Trovvi or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your data.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools such as CRMs, calendars, and telephony providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.
9. SMS Messaging Program
Trovvi AI sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of customer law firms, including appointment confirmations, consultation reminders, and intake follow-up. Recipients opt in verbally during an intake call or by submitting a web intake form with express consent language.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the firm. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help or contact support@trovvi.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trovvi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trovvi harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and certain provisions survive as needed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where prohibited by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
